Yes, when you book your meeting or event with Hotel Champlain you will work with our Director of Convention Services and your assigned event coordinator who can be as much of a planner as you need. Should you choose to outsource the services of a dedicated event planner, we would be happy to provide you with a list of preferred vendors.

We have a preferred AV vendor, Encore Global, that provides services for all in-house events, for an additional fee. We will also allow you to bring in outside vendors assuming that they meet insurance regulations and property standards.
